Cargo Management System

Does anyone here have the Cargo Management System with a tool box? Do you like it and can it easily be removed?

 

I have been thinking about getting it, but I don't want to lose the little bed space I have in my CC 1500. I don't use it very often, but when I need it, I need every inch of that 5'8" bed.

It's not tremendously hard to remove but it does not just slide out. You need to take the bracket off the drivers side of the box and then slide the pasenger side off the rail.

Thank you. I appreciate the reply. I don't think it is something I would take out very often, but when I need to I don't want it to take an hour.

You can get the small toolboxes - they come right off. Of course, you can't pack them full because the release is on the inside.

You basically open the lid, and pull a lever that releases the box from the rail. Takes a few seconds to take off. Tool boxes use the ignition key to lock the lid, so they can't be stolen easily.
