Okay heres my 2 cents for you. Your system is only as good as your weakest link. Problem is you put some nice subs and amp in there, they probably will overpower your speakers. But i guess all depends on how you like your sound it all comes down to how you like it. From what i'v read subthump makes some good boxes and there relatively cheap. Personally i think two 10s are the way to go especially since your on a budget. But if you really want 12s they do make boxes that will fit them as well. One thing thats important to keep in mind is make sure your sub is going to fit in your box. The most important thing is that your mounting depth is within the box limit. Now you can just keep the stock deck by using adapters. Check out crutchfield.com good site to check out. Has reviews and some good info. Problem with your stock deck is there isn't much power to it and its hard to adjust the sound. With an aftermarket deck you have so much more control over how it sounds. As far as decks i'v really been happy with pioneer i think they make good stuff. Other ones id check out would be alpine. For speakers and subs jl audio, clarion, alpine are some good brands. I'm interested in some boston pro speakers but there pricey. Just run a search and you'll find all kinds of info. Good luck

The air space inside the box is also EXTREMELY important. You need to make sure that your box has around the amount of airspace that whatever sub you decide to use recommends. If you just throw whatever sub fits into a box, it will not sound it's best.
