Bed Cover

Well, I've went 4 years with and open long box with a rubber mat and a smooth color matched (black) tool box. There has been way too many time where I needed a cover over my bed for security and weather. I'm always looking for maximum versatility so a hard cover or topper is out. I have a sliding rear window so to access the bed from the cab means a folding cover is out. My last truck had an access roll up cover and it was a very good cover. Only thing was the adhesive failed on the Velcro on one side, but know big deal to fix.

After some searching I found this: http://www.agricover.com/index.php/products/category/C127/

Anyone have any experience with this setup?

With this I should be able to:

Cover cargo (if not too tall) for weather or security

put all the stuff in my tool box in a tote

access a cooler from the cab with cover rolled up

haul ATV

haul my canoe or misc lumber/supplies

and so on

What do you guys think?

Truxedo Covers are the way to go..

ive installed hundreds of these and they are about the best you can get. even through a couple winters they still come in looking brand new and working great.

it sits inside the bedrails also so i dont know if that will be an issue.

i would strongly suggest checking them out.

Yes, the Agricover is a great cover. The unit has side rails that clamp easy to the side rails, the cover rolled up easy and it locks. I have a brand new 6' model if it would fit. Here is a photo of the one I have for sale.

I would recommend this cover.

Thanks for the responses but I think you cats are missing my point.

I'm looking at this cover spacificaly, with the racks..............and I have a long box (8')

I like the fact that it fits over the bed rails, it will keep people and there stuff off of them or from sitting on them.
