Just wonder what you guys are expecting to get out of your trucks. I have any 06 1/2 ton and am going to roll over 70000 this wk(all put on with me in the driver seat execpt the 34 miles it had on it when i bought it). Hoping to get another 100000 on top of that. Then going up to a 3/4ton. Very happy with the truck so far. What are your goals?

My Silverado has approximately 80K, looking for 300K+ before trading it in for a new one.

 

My Suburban has approximately 125k, looking for 200K before I start looking at the new 4.5L Duramax Suburbans.

One million miles here too. At the rate I am going (3,500 miles/year), I should be trading it in on a new 2306 Silverado.

I'm hoping for 30,000 miles before trading for something new. After one year, I haven't gotten to 10,000 so it looks like it might be a while.

I'm currently at 27k after a year and a half and plan on the truck going to 200k. Of course, I've factored in replacing a transmission during that timeframe along with other "usual" maintenance.

I usually trade in every 2-3 years,And I don't drive my trucks as much as I use to since I've had a "beater" the last 6 years.

The longest I ever kept a truck was my '99,I had it 5 years and put 83,000 miles on it.

I got 14,000 miles on my '07 now,and I've had it since March '07.

I figure I'll have around 25-30,000 miles on this one when I trade it in on a new 2010.

My boy just turned 136k and I plan on keeping it for as long as the body will last. Engines and trannies dont matter to me, I LOVE the bodystyle too much to let it go.

Mine is paid for too and that is good enough reason to keep it.

My 2000 EXT 4x4 has 251000 and going strong it doesn't use more than 1qt for 3000mi and i expect it to get another 100K before its put out of service. Modern engines last a lot longer than they used to provided there maintained as per the owners manual and the OLM.

My 2006 has 21k on it right now. I'm hoping to keep it as my daily driver until 100k or so then keep it and use it as needed(which I hope to be another 100k).

I have 30,000 and hope to keep it for 10+ years. I was doing 16,000/yr but now I only drive 9 miles a day so it could be 70,000 after those 10 years

Ive had my 07NBS since Aug of 07' and I am about to tick over 37k. Gonna drive it until the wheels fall off.
