Misfire On Cylinder #4 ?

My 1996 silverado (5.7) has a misfire on cylinder #4. Drove it over the weekend with the scan tool attached and discovered that it only occurs once the truck reaches approx 70 mph. Truck runs perfect other than that. I have replaced cap, rotor, wire and coil. Seems like the misfire should be associated with RPM more than speed.

Any ideas are welcomed, this has me stumped.

Thanks in advance.
