Question About Install Husky Mudflaps?

I saw that it comes with the 3m tape for the paint. I also noticed my 08 sierra already has some tape on rear wheel well. did you just cut the pieces shorter so they dont go over the film that is already on there?

I put mine on over the existing plastic. It's virtually invisible and gives added protection. I won't really matter how you do it.

I put mine over the existing aswell. Make sure you clean the area really good and then put some water with a bit of soap int it into a spray bottle. Not to soapy but a little. Spray this onto the area before you try to apply the 3m tape and you will be able to move it around to position it better. When you have it where you want it just take a credit card or some kind of sqeegie to it and you will never even be able to see the stuff.
