Hid Question?

I just got an 08 sierra, and I've read alot of posts from daddy and others about hid's in the fogs. Will the 880 bulbs fit directly into a sierras fog light housing?? If so couldn't I just get a HID kit with 880 bulbs? If it won't work i will be doing the 9005 bulb mod!

Uh, what are 880 bulbs? The type that's in 07+ trucks is H11.

 

Fog/driving lights are listed as 5202...

I saw a post on here when I searched HIDs, that a 880 bulb will fit with no modification?? I know that my bulbs are H11!!!

From looking at the housings, I *THINK* an 880 will fit in the fogs... but I've not had a chance to verify that. I have a few spare 880 bulbs around that were taken out of my Envoys in the past, I'll just have to see if they fit.
