Remote Start Problems

It's been a while since I've been in here so hello to all...I see all the regulars are still here . I am starting this as I have a problem with my remote start and was wondering if anyone has had any problems? I had a custom tune a few months back and the remote start worked immediately after the tune was completed because I specifically tested it. I don't use it much except for the winter time so I just noticed it not working in the last couple of weeks. It goes through the "motions" and acts like it's going to start but doesn't fire up. I would like to take it to the dealer but am nervous due to the tune. Anyone have problems?

I had a glitch with my factory remote start after having an aftermarket remote start installed recently. The shop said that factory start should work fine, but it didn't. The lights would come on, but no start. So i decided to make sure the option was still set to "on" in the DIC. It was still on, but I set it to off and then back to on again and it works fine now.... Maybe it'll work for you too.
