Fire & Ice Light Bars

I've searched and I see a few of you have the Fire & Ice Light bars. My question is how bright are the white lights?

I see that it says the white lights have to be hardwired to work. When loading our atv's on the trailer at night instead of having to bring extra lights I was wondering if it's possible to hook the white reverse lights up to the cargo light instead for extra light, since I don't really want them for a reverse light. Any opinions on this is appreciated.

Very interesting question, I would like to know that as well...

I have one and the white is pretty bright, not sure how well it would work for your application but for the cost, it's worth a shot because even if it doesn't do what you need it to, it still looks good. Before i put on and shaved my rollpan i had a hitch receiver, when i took it off we just zip tied the trailer light pig tail behind the rollpan. When it came time to install the bar, we clipped the end of the pigtail and hard wired the bar into that, so i don't see why you can't extend the reverse light wire to the cargo light, should work.

I know they aren't that expensive and stylin' trucks has them for 50% off too so that is even better.

i bought them from above a short while, they look great. The reverses are real bright, and i dont see why you cant hook them up to your cargo light.

Since LED don't draw much power, would I have any problems just splicing into the cargo light wire, or would I have to use the whole relay set up?

If I can just splice into the cargo light wire, where would be the best place to do so? Thanks.

No thats fine. you dont need relay set ups with this. my reverse lights are just spliced into the tailight reverse wire. i see no problem in wiring it to your cargo lamp

Thanks. Do you have any pictures of your 7" DVD screen? I've been considering doing that but not sure how stock it would look.
