Hdlts To Use In Wreck

I know most of you have seen the wrecked 08 Silverado LTZ I bought . I was wanting some option's on what headlights you would go back with and pics would be nice to . I'm kind of undecided on lights like these. Sometimes they look good and other times they look too busy with the halo rings and then the leds. I guess it depends on what else you plan on doing to the truck as you fix it back up.

To me the projector lenses and halos just don't look right on a truck. I would put on the stock lights but use HID bulbs.

I would go stock, but for gods sake dont put crapy a$$ hids in them

 

They blind oncoming drivers and dont actually give you any better light. The halogen stock reflectors are just not designed for hids.

:lol: If they're aimed properly they won't blind anybody, just like any other light...

They only blind people when they aren't properly aimed. Just like when regular bulbs aren't properly aimed. That is the thing. Most people who DIY HID upgrades don't bother to aim them properly. I've seen lots of new vehicles with HID's (non-projector lens) that are aimed properly and they don't blind other drivers.
