Exhaust For 2500 Hd Extended Cab

hi guys i have my 08 sierra 2500 hd ext cab std box and i been searching for a while and couldn't find any exhaust matching my car , i found only gibson but for crew cab is it all right to install it after cutting and welding ??

I'm in the same boat...the local parts store contacted Gibson, and they indicated there'd be a system for our trucks in four to six weeks...that was several months ago.

 

I've hacked up exhaust pipes before, but personally, I'm waiting for either Gibson or Borla to fabricate a stainless system for my truck.

 

If you live close to LA, Gibson will build an exhaust system for free, then we can all benefit.

I went custom, bought two Flowmaster Super 44s and 2 4" Magnaflow tips and had the shop install it. 3" True duals H piped.

Yeah...I've the 6.0 gas engine, and that Bassani link didn't have a listing either...

For the heck of it, I looked up my truck as if it was a 2007, and Gibson had what I want...#65628. Since they had a listing for an '08 Crew Cab, I compared it to the '07 Crew Cab, and they were identical.

 

So, I googled Gibson 65628, and both Jegs & Summit indicated it would fit my '08 ext cab/sb.

 

I emailed Gibson, and when I get confirmation, I'll go ahead and order it...
