I have My haert set on a set of denso Iridium plugs for my 03 do you guys think that going 1 range colder?

Why, Have you increased the compression or pull heavy loads for long periods? Lower combustion efficiency will lower fuel economy and cause plug fouling and cylinder carbon buildup.

Use the heat range the MFR installed for best all around performance.

I agree. Lower heat ranges are needed when you have a HOT combustion chamber, like when your forcing lots of extra air in the engine, which results in extra fuel burning.
