Bought An 06, Is It Vortecmax Or Not?

Just picked up an 06 2500 silverado 4x4 6.0L today. Last truck was an 05 Ram 2500 Power Wagon. Nice thing about a recession is all the cheap cars available!

I've googled the snot out of this, but I can't seem to find anything solid regarding the 345HP 6.0L offered vs the 300HP engine.

 

Anything I find just seems to say it was offered with 4x4 6.0L's, and not much else. Any easy way to tell if the truck has it?

 

It is available on the 2500's, yes? Seriously can't find anything solid on edmunds.com or wiki or much else.

Pretty sure the HDs always got the LQ4, which is not the Vortec Max.

Yeah the VortecMax engines aren't available for the HDs.
