Im looking to go to my first nascar race. Trying to decide between Dover and Loudon. Which track is a better race to see.

I've never been to either one of those tracks,But from what I've heard from people who have been Dover would get the nod.

Dover the beast, the monster mile.

I would choose Dover over loudon and with what ms3dale stated. Try and go to Richmond/Bristol. If you are in Upstate NY go check out the Glen. When I lived in Upstate we went 5 years in a row. Make sure get seats at the end of the front stretch though

Having been to Loudon many times, I can say without doubt:

 

Go to Dover.

 

Loudon is ok, but the Dover race is better. And outside of the race, Loudon sucks to get in and out of...there's literally one way in and out. And there's f*ckall else to do nearby.

thanks everyone for your imput. i think im gonna end up going to dover seems like eveyone like its there more.

 

I would love to go to bristol or richmond but kinda a budget trip. now just trying to figure out were to stay trying to look into the campgrounds
