Question - Gmc Sierra Nerf Bars

I have a 2004 Sierra Crew Cab 4WD with Side Trax tubular nerf bars. I am looking at getting a 2009 Crew 2WD. The way the deal is working, my current truck already has a price set unseen and the bars don't add value. Does anybody know if the bars will fit a 2009? The bars are perfect and I hate to buy new ones if these will fit.

I used GM Step Bars from a 2005 on my 2007 NBS Sierra...I just had to grind down on of the corners on one of the mounts....wasn't anything major, and everything else bolted right up.
