In Vermont they have a law in most towns you can't overnight park on the city streets because of plowing. They towed this chick's car to the impound lot and there it sat covered in snow for the winter. The spring thaw brought quite a surprise when they saw a chicksicle sitting behind the wheel. Sorry for the chilling story.
