Engine Swap

I have a low milege 305 ci 4 BBL Goodwrench replacement motor, one piece rear main seal, auto trans GM part no. 10054560 purchased new in 1995 that I would like to put into a 1994 305 F. I. 5 speed stick K1500 truck.

The differences I can see are:

Heads have different intake mounting bolt pattern due to F.I.

Valve covers are held by perimeter bolts, not through the valve covers.

Automatic vs. stick transmission.

The heads and intake can be changed.

Can a pilot bushing be installed into the crank of this engine? What is the p/n of the bushing?

Also, when I originally installed the motor into a 1985 Caprice, I had to get a new flex plate due to the change from the two piece rear seal on the orignal motor to the one piece seal on the replacement motor. Will I need a new flywheel or is the original ok to use?

Is there any thing besides the changing of bolt on parts that would prevent this installation?

TIA
