..i m not being defianceve here but thats wrong...i cant say that all media or all tv chanels and magzaines ..etc are all the same.

 

if you ment aljazerah...aljazerah is a news chanel that prudcasts from QATAR the country where the biggest american miltary base at least in the M.E. is located...they see the hole picture and the have a show called "from washington" they talk to americans about the american pulicy...im not trying to get there cause ill be warned agine but most of the "arab media" are nothing but friends to americans

Honestly, not many people in America listen or watch our own media anymore. So what they say has very little impact, not as much has it did 10-20 years ago. Many of our newspapers and news agencies are going bankrupt as online news sources become the main source of information.

in some way thats tru...but i think the tv is the strongest information source about the glope..the intrnet is more of a hope and a place to wast time sometimes.

 

if you watch some movies ,cartones , etc they always picture us like this: by the way its rear to see a man with two or more wives the limit is 4

I don't think I've seen hardly any reputable media source put down Saudi Arabia. Matter of fact, they're pretty good to the Saudis...So is our government for that matter...Which is strange...We're not "friends" with too many true monarchies.

 

Hell, even Tom Clancy likes you guys, and he's been pretty harsh of other cultures.

 

 

HOWEVER...There are idiots who group Saudi Arabia in with every other middle eastern country and equate them all to extremists. Despite the fact that there are a billion peaceful people there. Unfortunately, those people are some of the ones with the biggest mouths.

Agreed with that, most of them are useless and either report totally wrong or make shit up. I just saw some "where are they now" news about the begginning of the iraq war on msnbc about Tommy Franks and Jessica Lynch. They lynch story was a real winner For example the news saying she was a Rambo soldier shooting everybody too her having to testify to congress that her gun jammed and she was captured.

 

The best source for news hands down for military stuff is the military times and for the rest its a grab bag!
