What Wheels Would Look Good On My Silverado White Diamond/

Recommended Posts

Here some things to consider:

1. No wheels larger than 20"

2. Nothing Ghetto fabulous (haha)

3. I will be painting (if the paint isn't crazy expensive) the grill, mirror caps, all handles

4. I'm installing the 2" RC leveling kit

5. I want the Cooper Zeon LTZ's for tires

6. I like black wheels (don't flame) but there is NO way they would ever, in the history of trucks, look good with this color because of it's off-white hue

7. I have the 6" oval tube steps

I can't really come up with any ideas here and I've been thinking for about two weeks now. I need some help! Thanks ya'll

You sure you don't want to try black wheels man? I happen to have a set with coopers on them that would look great on your truck.they only have 3000 miles on em =)

If you're looking for chrome or polished, check out the chrome ultra mako... I like that wheel

Why you always trying to sell my tires Matt!

Like mentioned, find some you like, post up photos and we'll help you choose.

I'm still jealous of your paint. Gorgeous truck. Whats wrong with the factory wheels, they look great! Your other ideas sound like a good plan.

Search for a wheel thread, there have been many here as well on FSC forum. Theres a thread there that would be a good start to look at wheels.

http://www.fullsizechevy.com/forums/image-...s-pictures.html

That thread will have about every possible wheel combo to man on the NNBS trucks.

Take a look through the GM accessory wheels, some of them are pretty nice. If you're look at chrome.

THE REASON WHY I DONT LIKE THE STOCK WHEELS ON THE WHITE DIAMOND:

They are "chrome clad" which is essentially a chrome plastic hubcap glued over an aluminum wheel!!!!!!!!

CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT!

Just about anything you pick will be better than those ugly a.. wheels that they are putting on the 09's. Damn, did they even look at those things before they released them :dunno:

:dunno: Didn't know they were chrome cladded. From a distance I thought the wheels looked pretty good.

You need to post up some better photos too. (if you can)

I picked my '09 up last week. I have the same exact wheels. I cant post picks I cant log onto the site at home and thats not happening at work. I thought the wheels looked good at a distance. When standing close to my truck I dont like them. They are plain. They had 2 left over GMC's and they had much nicer wheels on them. All of the 09s had wheels that I wasnt wild about.

Did you ask about the actual size of your wheel? I asked and they werent able to give me that information. I was curious what the width and backspacing is of these new '09 stock 20" wheels would be.

btw..nice color choice. I wasnt able to find that color but it was on the list of colors that I wanted.

There are so many awesome pictures and trucks in that thread. If you can't find something you'd like there then you're in trouble.
