Stalling After Jump

Went out to the truck and the battery was dead. I jumped it and now whenever I slow down oil pressure drops and the volts go down then the truck stalls. Ran great before this happened.

Any ideas?

Have the battery tested. it probably toast, when you are driving your alternator has enough rpm to supply voltage needed. slow down, not enough rpm, not enough volts = stalling truck

The thing is: The battery is only 2 months old and the truck had been sitting for 3 weeks. The battery had juice, but just not enough to turn it over. It's a Titanium Advance battery.

sounds like the battery is shot. Make sure your terminals are clean and making a good connection.

If you replace the battery, make sure you have the alternator tested. A good alternator can usually run a truck even with a dead battery, they're designed to put out enough power to sustain the engine even at idle.... so the alternator may be on its way out (which may have led to the dead battery).

edit: and if the battery is 2 months old and dead after sitting for 3 weeks... check for any voltage drains after you ensure that you have a good battery & alt in there.
