Coolant Connector

A few days ago, I was driving home and my 1995 Chevy K1500 pickup started to overheat and was losing coolant, so I checked all the hose and quickly found that the coolant connector that attaches to the top of the engine manifold was busted and loose from manifold. My question is what part(s) do I need to reattach this connector back onto the engine. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Steve

I had the same thing happen to me when I put a cam in my 454.It's a '95 also so I'm thinking they'll be the same. This fitting is screwed in...I dug out the threads with a real strong awl good enough where I could chase the threads with a tap I had.Once I got the threads cleand up I went to Pep Boys and went to their ''Help'' section and picked up a fitting that would screw into that hole(I think it was 3/4 X 2).I also used some black ATV silicone on the threads. Once that was in I cut the hose and simlpy put it on the pipe and used a hose clamp to tighten it.
