2002 Transmission Problemo

Hey, I have a 2002 Silverado 5.3 with the standard auto tranny 4 spd. 4wd with Z-71. I have been having problems with it in that when you accelerate slowly the tranny slips shifting up between 1st and 2nd and a jolt foward feeling, but its only when you accelerate slowly but if I i gun it there no problem. I have had it looked at by professional mechanics and the even rebuilt it and still does it. Is it a solenoid problem? or a programming issue that needs to be resolved by the dealer? I have also herd that in might be a small crack some where. Or that it dosn't have enough power. Any of these right ?

  Didn't I read where if Gm does the valve body on the "Allison", you get a 10yr/150k warranty? Kinda wish mine has a minor blip around 24k. Get a free trans service, and a pile of warranty.

  Put new plates on Pepper. I guess the state thinks ten years is long enough.
