i bout GMC Safari 2003 Recently But i see LOC on my radio.so last owner doesnt know The Code

i search by internet and now i know 6 digit nomber that is 802 811

i called GMC dealers by 1-800-537-5140 but they ask me Account nomber that i dont have any

any suggestion would be Appreciate in advance

im new here so pls help me to get rid of this
