Looks like a great truck, the already BL and exhaust is a plus.

Considering the miles the price isn't very remarkable. FWIW, the seller sounds kinda "wannabe" since there was no LTZ trim level in '03 models.

The 3" body lift in my truck had the lines and tranny hoses stretched to max and starting to weep at the fittings. Something to keep in mind.
