Shift Kit Installation In The Md/dc/north Va Area?

What's going on my good people. So after doing some searching around on a place that could install a shift kit in the area, it seems that everyone here wants my left kidney. I have heard nothing less then $650 dollars to install. Does anyone know of a place in the area that could do the install and not rape me? I would try it myself but I don't have the place or tools to do it. Don't feel comfortable working on the 4L60E by myself. Thanks for the help.
