Good article, just start small. Lawnmowers, go-karts, motorcycles, and cars, it's all pretty simple; just nuts and bolts. Oh and a few tools along the way.

yeah i should have fiddled with the broken lawnmower, but nooo mom wouldnt let me. she had to send it to a professional. plus, we dont have any tools. my dad wasnt much of a mechanic. more of a beer drinking beer drinker.

Slice, You can always take an aprenticeship with someone. Though you're not gonna get paid, but will gain the experience.

I agree Jeff,my dad used to get so pissed after I took a lawnmower apart and couldn't get it back together,of course eventually I did...used to tell me ''dumd assed kid,it was running fine before.Why'd you take it apart.'' Dunno,wanted to see what was inside,I guess...
