I need to replace the power booster in my truck. I called the parts store and asked if they had it. They said, "The loaded booster is $79 and the unloaded is $65."

What's the difference between the two?

TIA,

I searched google.com for the words loaded brake booster and found the following...

"A loaded brake booster comes with a master cylinder ..... just like a loaded caliper comes with brake pads."

(And I suppose a loaded gun come with the bullets? )

Sounds like a title the parts guy came up with, or something he heard someone else say that he thought it was cool. Kindof like people asking if you want you coffee leaded or unleaded.
