Rhinoliner Repaired!

Anyone who has a Rhino Liner installed on their truck and has a problem with it that lives within a couple hours of Audubon NJ (Not far from Cherry Hil, right off of I-295) go see Ed Hess at AutoDogz.. My truck's Rhinoliner was screwed up from day one and after speaking to a few people they recommended his shop and after Rhinoliner gave the go agead to make the repair which entailed the complete removal of all the liner from the floor of the bed, he did an amazing job.. My truck only has 1300 miles on it and I have been so digusted with it because of the crap job the installer did when it was new..

Anyway, RhinoLiner couldn't have been better about the repair, no hassle, and AutoDogz was unbelievable, no overspray, truck is clean, the bed looks like brand new, Thanks Ed!!! I feel "reborn" lol..

BTW he has an 8second Syclone that he races, it's there in the shop, extremely badass!

wil take a few pics tomorrow to show you guys what i mean. He said the idiots that installed it and kept "repairing" it over and over again never primed the surface so that's why it was bubbling up in different areas..

He is at 158 White Horse Pike if anyone needs to have a liner installed or repaired he is the man!!!!

You'd thought the Rhino Liner Dealer would have qualified employees trained in applying their product. Good its fixed now.

How did he remove the liner from the bed, I thought it was permanent? :D

That's what I get for trusting the opinion of the dealership. Te Dealer brought my truck to the shop before I picked it up to get sprayed, oddly enough I mentioned I would get it done myself in a few weeks but they offered to get it done for me and because they were just "the best guys in the business" they would charge me cost (believe it was $350 for over the rails). Unfortunately the place sucked and is now out of business, they were in West Creek (South of Manahwakin on Rt9).

The worst part is that the place that originally screwed up my bed also oversprayed the hell out of my brand new truck and did worse trying to fix up, turned into a nightmare I could not wake up from. They also recently told Rhinoliner that they would be in contact with autoDogz to work out an agreement on paying for the repair as they were getting "backcharged" for the fix. They never contacted AutoDogz and my truck had to wait even longer before they could get the authorization to finish.. So there is my 1300mi truck, taking up a bay in a shop, costing the guy money, stripped down and ready for spray and these scumbags couldn't even call Rhinoliner and admit they were out of business (phone rings off the hook). After about 4-5 days Rhinoliner went ahead and authorized the repair, Kimberly Goodman was the rep I spoke with, she was awsome, the whole experience left me with the thought if I had to get another spray on, it would be Rhino again, the way they took care of 1 bad dealers screw up and stood behind there nationwide guarentee.

as for getting it off, he had to uses every tool available at his disposal, grinders, sanders, acetone, you name it. They just kept spraying over the old stuff and building it up so high you could barely make out the bed rails, I swear..

Sucks you had issues, but glad you got it taken care of. TOTALLY off-topic, but is there still a White Castle in Toms River? Someone told me that was the closest one to us. I have never tried it, so thinking about a trip with some buddies.

Yep.. It's still there, on Rt37 near the intersection of Hooper ave.
