Torque Specs Needed!

Need the torque specs for 01 4.3l head bolts. I was told 22lbs torque, but that seems a lil light. Are these the right specs?

That may be the first round of torquing. They are probably torque to yield, I think that's the right word. You torque once in the right order, then torque a second time.

Shows refer to diagram for bolt locations.... however I do not have that.

 

Step 1. All 11mm bolts tighten to 22 ftlbs

Step 2. All 11mm bolts tighten an additional 90 degrees

Step 3. 11mm bolts (bolt 1-8) tighten an additional 90 degrees ... 11mm bolts (bolt 9 and 10) tighten an additional 50 degrees

Step 4. All 8mm bolts (bolt 11-15) tighten to 22 ftlbs
