Leveling Kit & Body Lift

Hello

This will be only my second post ever on here even thought I've been reading and watching for quite sometime. I've obtained a lot of good information here and that is why I want to get others opinion's on here before I take this plunge. I've currently got a 2.5" leveling kit on my truck with 3" blocks in the back. A 1.5" body lift will be put on along with some new tires and wheels. The place I'm having this done insures me that a 18" wheel with 275/70/18 which I believe are 33" tires will work with this set with the right off set with no rubbing. I believe they told me I needed an offset of 4.5" or less I may be wrong though. But they told me I would have no problem with them and there would be no rubbing? What is your all’s opinion on this? Right or wrong? Thanks for any and all of your help and information!

They told you right. You will have no problems with rubbing with that set-up. I'm running 33's on mine and lock to lock with no issues.

If the wheels are 10" wide you will likely have some rubbing at 4.5" backspace.

8.5" wide max with 4.5 backspace

If you find 8.5 to 9" wide wheels, 5.5 backspace is ideal.

5" backspace works well with 8 to 8.5" wheels
