Have you tried any of your local auto yards? If your are wanting to paint it like txab asked just go for it, I painted mine, I only smoothed it a little on the top flat areas and used Rustoleum Indoor/Outdoor Multi-surface paint. I'll keep an eye out for anyone wanting to get rid of one or if I happen a cross one at a auto yard.
