Evaporator Drain?

Does anyone know where the evaporator drain is? My dad asked me to find out for him. When the air is on water is not dripping from the vehicle. he things it is plugged

its a hose or plastic tube connected underneath the blower box on the passenger side firewall area , if he isnt dropping condensation with the ac on, on a warm or hot day then its probably plugged.
