This may not qualify for all your requests, but LORDCO Auto Parts sells AC DELCO. It is usually better if you have a part number, or go to a store in person.

Order from the usual suspects, gmpartsdirect, summitracing, and of course fleabay.

 

Get it shipped to Blaine or Pt Roberts, pay a couple bucks per package, pay the HST coming across and be happy.
