I use white lithium grease once a year. I think that's what they use on them from the factory. I know the grease that was on there was white, so to was the grease for the door and hood hinges.

I use silicone spray.I spray the channels about once a month and never had any issues.

:dunno:

Ok, forgive me if this question sounds ignorant...where exactly are you spraying the lubricant? I have an 02 and my windows are a bit slow, not too terribly bad, but I suspect that good lubrication would not only speed them up, but also extend the life of the motor since it would reduce load. Have silicone lube spray, just don't know where to spray it lol...??

When I had my door panel off to replace my passenger mirror I greased the tracks that the window runs up and down on. My passenger window was squeaking when it was cold or moist out. I'm not sure if there's any other way, but if some guys are lubing their windows once a month, I would hope there is.
