Dvd/ Nav

Hello all, I just purchased an 09 2500HD LTZ. this truck did not come with factory NAV/DVD. I had the Dealer install an OEM unit in the truck all is well except 4 features that seem to have my dealer dumbfounded.

1. XM Navtraffic -- The soft key dosen't even show up to enable it

2. B/U camera -- The truck has a factory B/U cam but it still shows up on the rear view mirror and I only get a blank on the NAV Screen when in reverse

3. Speech Recognition -- All commands state no speech detected please try again

4. DVD -- will not read a DVD says disc read error, The truck did not come with front or rear DVD and the dealer is telling me it would work if they added the rear in. the book provided with the new unit from GM says it will read DVD's

Any help any of you folks can provide will be greatly appreciated as I am at whits end with my dealer making promises the can't make good on.

there's two types of factory nav units, one plays dvd's as well-the other doesnt...if you don't have the little "dvd" on the lower left of the faceplate it won't play them..
