I just have a question and was hoping that someone could point me in the right direction.

I have a 1986 GMC C1500 that has had the motor swapped out for a mid-80's 454. The truck already had the motor in it when I got it but the motor mounts are shot. Does anyone know what motor mounts I need? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Best thing would be to pull one out and then match it up to a new one. It could be a 2395, which fit the 454, or it could be something else.

you'll need two 2395's ('anchor' brand name, two to complete a vehilce). I just looked them up for a 1986 chev truck with a 454, so it should be stock. It's still a good habit to bring in the old part to match it up, though

Thanks, it looks like it's about right, I'll normally bring in the old part with me to make sure it's right but I don't actually have a way to lift the engine in the garage right now so I'm renting a hoist I'm just trying to make sure I have everything I need before I start the project.
