Does anyone know the GM part numbers for the stock harness, connectors, wires, etc for the windshield fluid heater, or know how to find them?

I doubt it since the OEM supplier went under.

I'm not taking about the OEM heater, just the harness and connectors, which I believe is made by GM and not Microheat. At least I'm hoping it's made by GM.

Um, yeah...most of the parts on any vehicle are made by an OEM supplier not the actual manufacturer. This includes the heated washer system. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news

Unfortunately at this point I think all you can do is pray the system doesn't fail on your truck if you already have it, and if it does you're just done -- the functionality is gone unless you know how to fix the problem yourself.

 

As for adding it to a truck that doesn't already have it, your best bet will probably be a salvage yard or auto parts recycler.
