05 Tahoe - Alignment Issue

Went in for a tire rotation and was told that there is a manufacture problem with the wheel alignment on my 05 Tahoe. The macanic said my front tires are at an angle; only the inside thread of the two front tires are worn. Help....has anyone else experienced this????

Take it to a reputable shop for wheel alignment. Your front wheels most likely have excessively negative camber - have that reset to 0.00 degrees on both sides, or very slightly positive within allowable range.

Did they do an alignment on it? If so don't worry about it until you see if the issue is fixed or not.
