I was wondering where the best mounting spot is to mount a P3 brake controller in a 01 silverado? Any suggestions?

I mounted mine to bottom edge of my dash assembly panel above and to the right of my gas pedal, so I can reach it while driving and the wires will still reach the hook-up point.

That spot also gives you a good line-of-sight on the brake controler.

I don't know what a P3 controller looks like or how big it is. But I mounted my controller in the ashtray position on my 99 2500 GMT 800. I pulled the ashtray and my controller fit like a glove.
