Drl On A Switch

I have a 2003 Tahoe z71. I have been searching for a "how to" disable the DRL to find some sort of wiring diagram with no avail. I don't care whether they are on in the day or not, I just want to be able to use them at night with or without my headlights. So my two ideas are putting DRL on a switch and bypassing the sensor, or adding additional bulbs into the housing and wiring it to a switch.

Any ideas?

Look through this search. You'll find plenty of threads showing how to disable the lights
