Extended Cab Rear Window Replacement

Is it possible to only replace the rear quarter window glass or does the whole assembly (which I hear is attached to the body by urethane) have to be replaced? The truck is an 03 Silverado.

I had my 99 GMT800 broke into thru this window. Getting the old one out and cleaning up the glue residue was the tough part. It comes with a new frame and latch and seal. Took me a couple hrs to clean up the truck body, but I can see where someone could do it much quicker if they weren't as anal about it being perfect. Dont scratch thru the paint when cleaning off the old glue. If you do, you need to prime and paint or it will rust. In the end, the last little bit of glue residue doesn't need to come off. Just leave a thin, smooth layer. I used a new utility knife blade.

I had to replace the window on my 04, I got a window from the junk yard and a glass shop charged $70 to do the install. Worth it if you ask me. Sure beats me trying to cut out the old window.
