Topkick Spindle Swap Out To Low Pro

I will soon be receiving a 93 Topkick crewcab, Cat, Allison, etc... It has the nasty spoke rims in the front. I am considering turning this truck into a Low Pro, (the term "LOW-PRO"...I guess that means a lower profile???) I know the front spindles can be swapped out for a pair harvested from a truck with Budd rims in the front, but what I don't know is how difficult a job this will be and is it worth it. The only thing this truck will be doing is hauling my 19 foot open car trailer that weighs 1900 pounds and the race car no more then 5000, (it's a race truck actually that's why the weight's so high). I was thinking 19.5 rims instead of the 22.5's on there now, but is 19.5 the smallest rim available? Also, does anyone know where to buy super-wide rims? These are the rims that replace dually with one super wide rim. I know those sucker's are priced out of control but just like to see for myself. Have not been able to find them for sale anywhere on the internet. Thanks. :sigh:
