Talk about simple to operate and repair! Straight six, on-barrel carb, no power steering, no power brakes, no AC, I bet it cost extra for the heater when it was new (j/k). That's the kind of truck that lasts forever, may not be fancy, but tough. I like the look too, used, but not used up.
