Difference Between Metric And Us? I.e. Toyos

I want 35" tires on my truck and have been doing some research. What is the difference between buying a Toyo open country AT 325/65/18 vs. open country MT 35x12.50x18? obviously one is more aggressive for off road, but is there any other real difference? thanks

325/65/18 = 35x13

 

I'd compare the actual widths and diameters posted on the spec sheet for each tire to really determine the difference in size.

the 35X12.5X18 are considered High Flotation Tires and are the common sized tire in the true off road community. The P series models are not as good in the technical off road arena. HFT's have sidewalls that are specifcally designed with more flex and a cross section that conforms with the rocks better.
