Excuse my dumbness when it comes to old engines, but is it possible to put a K&N FIPK in a 67-72 GM Truck?

Anything's possible if you have the ambition and/or money, but I really feel you'd be better off going with a high-flow 360* air-cleaner setup. Or better yet, one of the K&N style ones that has the filter on the top of the cleaner as well.

The FIPK is designed specifically for fuel injected engines (hence the 'F' and the 'I' in the acronym).

Do-able? I'd say yes

Practical? Not really.

Agree with TJ, except that a 4" 360 degree element is even better, if you have the space...

I'd got with the triple butterfly bug catcher personally!!! Nothing will give you more power than a couple dozen juicy June Bugs down the Carb! Those things are like free nitro Methane, and they're just flyin around!
