Deal Or No Deal

So i was out shopping today for a used silverado and i came across a 2004 silverado z71 lt ext cab she is fully loaded heated leather bose sound system paint job of the truck is pretty much mint this truck has the 5.3 with 160,000 km's inside is exelcent aside from a small tear on the drivers seat all the power options are in perfect working condition its safe to say who ever had this truck prior to the dealer babyied it bigtime the carfax history came up perfect no accidents i am in love with this truck i can buy it right now for 15420 on the road everything done just drive away but i am woried about the high km's i want to buy a truck that is gonna last me for the next couple years and i dont want anything other than a chev i think this is my new truck but i am secound guessing myself so i am looking for help should i buy it or not please be honest thanks for your help also i am from canada so ppl in the states may not think its such a deal

FWIW...I paid $21K for my 2006 LT3 Crew Cab with 18K miles in Feb.

160 000Km's is nothing I have a '99 SLT 5.3 pushing 400 000 and without issue, other then routine maintenance I haven't had to do anything to it. As for the price if you don't get it you'll never find one that cheap again, if you do you'll find one cheaper tomorrow. Just my humble opinion

Its not a bad deal. If you like it, buy it. Its your money. I picked up mu 06' Silverado LT 2500HD CCSB 4x4 w/20,XXX miles for $20,000.
