Hey i always see total on commericals and tv shows. has anyone tried it? that say its healthy for you and yet one bowl is equal to 17 BOWLS OF SPECIAL K!!! I tried finding it here in alberta but there was not one to be found

Total is pretty good. Just enough flavor to keep it from being bland.
