No VIN checks/build sheets are allowed on this site, per a mandate from GM. Go to your GM dealer, they should be able to provide this information directly.

Actually that's not true. GM's computer system dumps all vehicle data for vehicles more than 10 years old. I couldn't even get a build sheet on a '96 Chevrolet I was looking at, much less would I be able to see data on a '90 Chevy truck.

 

So no matter what way you go, you're screwed. Best thing you can do is try to reconstruct the build data based on the RPO code sticker on the truck.

Wasn't aware that GM was dumping old information.

 

Anyway GM did send a mandate to stop posting VIN and build information and other articles they claimed as proprietary information.

Yep,1990 is too old to get a build sheet,And they are not allowed to be posted on here as per GM's request.
