New 02 Sierra Owner From Ga

Hello all. I just wanted to introduce myself to the forum. I just bought a GMC Sierra SLE 1500 HD Crew Cab 4x4 w/ the 6.0. I got a great deal on it and so far i really love the truck. The only truck i've owned similar to this one was a 99 Chevy Z-71.

I see many different sections in the forums and i'm wondering what category my truck falls into since it is the HD model. From what i've read the GVWR is the same as the 2500 for that same year. Since i am a new owner i'm just wondering where to read to get more info on my truck.

My truck is fairly stock and will stay that way for a while. It is Black w/ dual exhaust. It has an Alpine head unit, Infinity Door speakers and 2 JBL 10" subs behind the back seat. The truck is very tight and rides like new. It is almost a one owner truck before me. The reason i say almost is because the guy i bought it from bought if from his Dad 1.5 years ago. His Dad bought it new and took great care of it. As of right now i dont have any pics but will put one in my sig before long.

Anyhow, i'm glad to be a member and i am looking forward to learning about my "NEW" truck.
