18s Or 20s

I have a 2008 GMC Sierra Z71 extended cab. I have the regular 17 inch GMC wheels but I really don't like them that well. I know what leveling kit I'm going to get but I'm not sure if I should get 18s with 33s or 20s with 33s. I need a little help on finding more wheels. I like the moto metal wheels and the XD wheels but I really haven't seen anything better. Any help would be nice.

20s with 33s look perfect on GMT900 trucks....

What kind of wheels are you looking for? Chrome? Machined? Black? What color is your truck?

18's max!

Wanna trade? I am sick of chrome, too much upkeep.

Yeah, at first I was thinking 20s with 33s, but then I saw my friends truck with 20s and 33s and it looked way too low profile. I want my truck to look like a 4x4 not a city rig. I keep changing my mind about it

One thing about 18's....tire selection is much less than 17's and almost all A/T 18" tires are Load "E" range, which means they are VERY heavy.

.........what he said. I like the 18's but the tire selection goes down. I have th z71 18s on 275 65's with a RC leveling kit.

+1

I have been looking for my next set of wheels and ran into the same issue. After searching I noticed that there are more options with 17's and 20's. But it depends on what look you may be going for. Post pics when you get them.

I like 20's with my 35's!!!

But I think that 20's with 33's looks sweet!

I am not a fan of my 20's ( Would rather a different style but they were on the truck when i got it!)

I have 18's on mine with 285/65's on them. Like them alot. Plus 18's have alot more sidewall imo. Looksmore beefy. :D
